The swimming pond - our biopool - offers you a wonderful view of the Dolomites.  The sun terrace in front of the bistro also provides relaxation. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house. A particularly wide range of leisure activities awaits you on the Rittner Sonnenplateau - all year round!

In the basement there is a 300m² indoor play area. Younger and older children can really let off steam in the ball pool. Those who prefer to be outdoors in nature can play cowboys and Indians in the forest playground, for example.
